To ensure the integrity and quality of our products, each map purchase is sealed within a plastic box with a tamper-proof seal. Our commitment to delivering high-quality, unused products to all our customers is paramount.
Please Note: Once the tamper-proof seal on the plastic box is broken or altered, the product is considered used. We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for any chip products where the seal has been broken.If the product is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. In such cases, proof of the defect or damage may be required to process your request.
